noteCafe provides a message to the changing conditions and operation. Message will be displayed in the message field or dialog.

Starting the First

noteCafe will checking the account of iCloud during the first start. When account of iCloud was found, confirmation window appears. If you use iCloud, noteCafe will checking the data of iCloud. it taked a few minutes to check.

When you first started, owner category is created. Owner categories you can use as an ordinary category. But the owner category does not allow you to delete or change the name.
Initially, this page is displayed.

Show the category list.

Create a new page.

You can enter the text. Also can use the copy and paste. There are things that cannot be recorded depending on the type of content.

Insert Lists and Tables

Show the menu for inserting lists and tables.

Restrictions

•List
•When numbers or alphabets are used for bullets, the following restrictions apply.
  If it is added or deleted in the middle of the list, it will not be sorted.

•Table
•The created table cannot be edited.  (Column, row, cell width, border)
•Vertical alignment of the created table cannot be changed.
•Multiple cells cannot be selected in edit mode.
•If the number of characters in the cell is more than one line, some of the table may not be displayed.
   On macOS you can display normally.
   If the vertical alignment of the table is set to top align, it will be displayed normally.

Category List

Create a new category.
You can set the category name, comments and synchronization method.
Note: The category that does not have a saved page will not rebuilt.

Edit the category.
You can edited the category name, comments and synchronization method.

Delete the category.
Page belonging to a category to be removed, will de deleted.

Return to the previous state.

Sort the category.

Cancel edit.
Displayed when edited the category.

Save the category
Displayed when edited the category.

Title List

Display the datepicker to set the date range.
Title list can refine by the creation date and modification date.

You can search the title, creation date and modification date. (AND search is unsupported)

Page is sorted by creation date.
Last modification date is displayed in magenta color.
If you moved a category, will show the page of most modification date.

Range of the creation date is primary. The scope of the modification date is secondary.

Search the page.
The scope of the search is the page that category and tag matches.

Attached Image and Movies

You can attach image and movies.

Tap the camera icon on keyboard.
Show the action-sheet to access the photo library and camera.

Image and movies will be attached to the location where you tap page.
Large size image will be resized. Movies will be attached as a file icon.
Undo can not be used.
Use the "Revocation" to cancel the editing.

Paginate and PDF Documents

Large documents are paginated of automatically.
PDF documents are paginated.

If the PDF documents is attached, it will show the PDF document in the browser mode. Rich text is displayed when you switch to edit mode.

It will show the first occurrence PDF documents, if more than one PDF documents is attached.

Icon for the page movement appears at the end of the page.
Move the page when you tap this icon. Or due horizontal swipe on screen.
If can scroll horizontally, you cannot use swipe.

Organize Delete Page

Close the page of organize delete page.
 

Recover the deleted page.
You can edit the category and tag. Page contents cannot be edited.

Erase the deleted pages.

Use of iCloud.
Set if you use iCloud.

Set a limit on the editing operation.
Set the editing limit, if you use iCloud between groups. Limit content is "create new category", "edit of category", "delete of category" and "change of category".
The administrator of the group will make this setting to the first. administrator can set a passcode.
Setting can be changed only by an administrator.

Restriction release of iCloud backup.
noteCafe prohibits the backup of local data by default.
If you want to allow a backup, you will need to release the restriction.
Backup you can be set with the system settings.

Default category.
This is the category to be displayed when you restart noteCafe.

Editing keyword list.

Font size of the new page can be set.
